Crisis in Nepal---From my point of view

The country is suffering a major scarcity of petroleum products in decades, but there seems to be no way out from this horrifying situation. People are queing infront of the gas stations, kerosene distributors, and LPG distributors for hour to get meager amount of fuel, sacrificing all their works and duties. People are less worried about the shortage in petrol and diesel, but their main concern is the shortage in LPG gas and kerosene, as people are finding it difficult to cook food, the daily human need.

A month back, when the government has hiked the POL prices considering the fuel price hike in the international market. But when people came down to road and burnt tires for two days, the government took back the price hike and stated the normal previous price for the petroleum products...Is that step a really good one by this Loktantra government or was just afraid of loosing in the election? Why could not the government hold it's position and give a satisfactory explanation to the reason beyond the price hike? What a government and its authority. Now, since the government has hold its price hike, the IOC, the only distributor of fuel products to Nepal has cut down the distribution citing the reason that the NOC has not cleared the previous dues. The main question that everybody is asking is that no one buys the petroleum products on credit. If a general layman can purchase the fuel in cash, where all the money goes and why can't the government pay IOC for an efficient supply of fuel to Nepal? There is a great blackhole in which only money disappears, or one may say Bermuda Triangle in Nepal's goverment offices. Now the situation is that when the goverment hiked the price the price for a cylinder of LPG would cost Rs. 1250, but due to scarcity now, the black market price for per gas of cylinder is around Rs. 1500. If there is really a shortage, how are those black marketers getting the supply? The biggest question!!!!!!!!!!! and what is the use of burning tires and holding traffic. The only benefit I see from burning tires in the road is to dispose the old and worn out tires without any cost and to lessen the traffic for at least one day in the capital.

The condition of whole country has gone worst in few weeks. Everything is in shortage, from electricity, petroleum products, transportation, and even food products. People are even facing scarcity of the wood to burn their dead ones. This is really a horrified picture...and the question is in everybody's mind....What are we doing here?? Who have we elected to rule us?? Why Monarchy is not good than the theoritical Loktantra?? And many like these questions, but the answer seems to be coming from nowhere. We are just sitting here and hoping for the best to come in the future. But no matter who harsh is the condition, we never see any diplomatic/government vehicles in queue for petrol/diesel, or in queue for kerosene, or for LPG gas. Please the reader guess and let me know if there is an appropriate answer to this.

In this horrifying situation also, the government is doing nothing but just sitting back and giving worthless speches and enjoying their parties. The current government is just turning out to be a joke and Loktantra seems to just an ideology, which is far from being the truth. The petroleum crisis and the chaotic condition seems to be a good present to the Nepali citizens from the new Loktantra government. In this scenario, it seems really true, the statement from former Prime Minister, Krishna Prasad Bhattari that the "Monarchy" will be effective in Nepal till next 300 years. No matter how many people sacrifice their lives, home, and family, the leaders never seems to realize it's value....instead they are just centered on filling their pockets and giving high-ranked and worthless speeches.

The sense of patriotism is begining to dwindle in the citizens and the speeches of leaders are taken as joking materials nowadays. But apart from hoping for the best, we can do nothing since we have handed ourselves to a bunch of the inaffective, useless, shameless, and unpatriotic peoples.

May Pashupati Nath save our country. Jay Nepal!!!!!

Do You Know Your Mobile Can Unlock Your Car?

Have you locked your keys in your car?

If your car has remote keyless entry, this may come in handy someday. If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile phone from your cell phone.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the "unlock" button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).

Editors Note: It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car over a mobile phone

Car Ghost!!

Viewer's Discretion Advised. (No advisable for weak heart people.)

This clip is a car advertisement from Great Britain.

When they finished filming the ad, the film editor noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist. The ad was never put on TV because of the unexplained ghostly phenomenon.

Watch the front end of the car as it clears the trees in the middle of the screen and you'll see the white mist crossing in front of the car then following it along the road......Spooky!

Is it a ghost???? !!!!, or is it simply mist????!!!! You decide...

Technology Review - Nokia 5610

I bought this Nokia 5610 a couple of months ago, and I am really loving it. Nokia 5610 XpresMusic is another music branded phone from Nokia (5300 upgrade), an eye-catching slider packed with accessible multimedia technology. Nokia 5610 has a dedicated Music Slider button key for instant access to your music player and FM Radio. The Nokia 5610 XpressMusic device offers dedicated music or gaming keys, expanded memory, large LCD screen and extended battery performance to provide quick and easy access to entertainment content. It is also one of the devices that is compatible with the newly announced Nokia Music Store, though it only supports side-loading of music from a desktop computer.

When it comes to letting you enjoy all of the photos and music that can be packed into 4GB microSD card (not included), the 5610 XpressMusic has you covered. Your photos will look great on the 2.2″, 16 million color QVGA (240×320 pixel) display and music can be enjoyed through wired or wireless stereo headphones, thanks to built-in Bluetooth A2DP support. Sadly, though, the 5610 XpressMusic lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack that its slimmer brother, the 5310, offers.

Right now, I'm using this also to watch movies during the load-shedding hours, and I am really impressed by its battery backup. It is really simple to watch the movie, just convert the movie to .3gp and paste it in the mobile via bluetooth or data cable, and there the movie is. The crystal clear sound quality and 30 fps video quality are the main features that are really impressive.

Don't attempt to join the Type International Program. This is a big SCAM!

Do not join the "Type International" program of data entry. This is a BIG SCAM!

Typeinternational, Robert Bell(admin@typeinernational.com) leads this most suspicious, dishonest, biggest scam online company.

If you are curious about them, GO TO BBB, Just type "TYPEINTERNATIONAL" you will get all reports showing the worst rating, Robert Bell created the same name company in everywhere, CA, AZ , WA, or OH, and of course, they all have “F” rating.

The exact assignment that you're to do in this program which lures you of guaranteed income of more than $100 per month is 99% placing ads. All programs are the same and just placing ads. Nothing different!!! The requirements are also insane. For example, you will have to compile or place ads 100-500 websites to get $20. How long you think to finish these assignments? Do you have enough free time to do that for only $20? They also require monthly fee between $10-$30, which does not make sense at all.

I can see many of us Nepali people are also engaging themselves into this program. Please be aware of it!

This is a big scam where you are asked to pay a certain amount of money based on the package and then you are guaranteed income. The work - to place the ad of the company to lure more innocent people who dreamt of getting a job! In short, a network marketing SCAM.

I visited CAN InfoTech that was in BICC last time, and there was this company named something like "REDSTAR" or "GOOGLESTAR" who was working on behalf of the Type International. So please be aware of it and if you do not believe me, make a full investigation before you pay them the money to get the job.
